Common questions
Will we make our cruise boarding time?
The drive is about 55 minutes from SFB. For a same-day cruise we recommend booking a pickup at least 4 hours before your ship's all-aboard time.
Is there room for all our cruise luggage?
Our vans carry up to 7 passengers with luggage. For very large groups or extra bags, mention it in the booking notes or call us and we'll make sure the right vehicle picks you up.
Is the flat rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One flat price covers your whole group — up to 7 passengers in a van.
Do vans or wheelchair-accessible vehicles cost more?
No. The same flat rate applies to a sedan, a van (up to 7 passengers), or a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (wheelchair passenger plus 3 additional passengers).
Are there hidden fees or surge pricing?
No. Yellow Cab of Orlando never uses surge pricing. The flat rate is the price you pay — tolls and standard airport pickup are included.
How do I book my SFB pickup?
Book online in under a minute, call (407) 222-2222, or use the Yellow Cab Orlando app. We operate 24/7, so early landings and red-eyes are never a problem.
