When you request a quote or book a ride, we collect:

• Pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, vehicle and passenger preferences
• Payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your full card number)
• Basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics

• To provide the service you requested: dispatching your ride, sending confirmations, and coordinating pickups
• To verify your phone number and prevent fraudulent bookings
• To process payments securely
• To respond to questions and provide customer support
• To understand how our website is used and improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

When you book online, we send text messages to the phone number you provide — a verification code to confirm your number, and ride-related notifications such as booking confirmations. By providing your phone number and booking a ride, you consent to receive these transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your bookings.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out may mean you don't receive ride confirmations — you can always call us at (407) 222-2222 instead. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

We share information only with the providers needed to deliver our service:

• Dispatch system — your booking details are sent to our dispatch platform so a driver can be assigned
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — sending SMS verification codes and ride notifications
• Resend — delivering internal reservation notifications to our dispatch team (Stripe emails your payment receipt when you provide an email)
• Google Maps — address lookup and route estimates; your address entries are processed by Google Maps services
• Google Ads — a conversion tag that measures whether our advertising leads to bookings; it does not receive your name, phone number, or addresses
• Meta Pixel — advertising and analytics technology that helps us measure visits and understand whether Facebook and Instagram ads lead people to our website

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as keeping your session), analytics, and advertising measurement through providers including Google and Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the booking flow and prevent advertising measurement.

We keep booking records as long as needed for operations, customer support, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information.
