Common questions
My hotel is on Universal Boulevard — which rate applies?
Hotels in the Convention Center / I-Drive corridor take the $120 flat rate; Universal's own resort hotels take the $115 Universal rate. Not sure which zone your hotel is in? Call (407) 222-2222 and we'll confirm before you book.
Is the flat rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One flat price covers your whole group — up to 7 passengers in a van.
Do vans or wheelchair-accessible vehicles cost more?
No. The same flat rate applies to a sedan, a van (up to 7 passengers), or a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (wheelchair passenger plus 3 additional passengers).
Are there hidden fees or surge pricing?
No. Yellow Cab of Orlando never uses surge pricing. The flat rate is the price you pay — tolls and standard airport pickup are included.
How do I book my SFB pickup?
Book online in under a minute, call (407) 222-2222, or use the Yellow Cab Orlando app. We operate 24/7, so early landings and red-eyes are never a problem.
